A team engagement uses one individual-report credit per team member, plus one team-report credit for the synthesis layer. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime — Enterprise is billed annually with a signed agreement.

Common questions

What happens if I run out of included reports?
You can keep going at the overage rate for your plan — there's no hard stop. You'll see usage and overage costs in your dashboard as you go.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime from your account settings — changes apply from your next billing cycle.
What's the Data Processing Agreement about?
Because the workspace processes personal data on your clients' behalf, you sign a Data Processing Agreement with us as part of registration, in line with GDPR/Swiss FADP requirements. You can review it during signup.
