Privacy Policy

This page will contain the complete privacy policy covering what personal data is collected (account details, survey responses, coaching notes, and site usage data), how it's used, how long it's retained, and how to exercise data subject rights under GDPR / Swiss FADP. It should be finalised alongside the Data Processing Agreement, since the two documents need to stay consistent with each other.

What we already know this needs to cover

Account data collected at registration (name, email, company, role)
Survey and report data submitted through the workspace
Cookie and analytics data, cross-referenced with the Cookie Policy
Use of the Claude API (Anthropic PBC) as a sub-processor for report generation
Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; this site never stores card details
Data subject rights: access, correction, deletion, export
