Motivation Drivers is an AI-powered coaching platform for executive and leadership coaches. It combines a validated psychometric assessment with an intelligent coaching workspace — so coaches can understand what drives each client and apply that insight directly in their sessions.

A coach invites their client to complete a 15-minute online questionnaire. The platform maps the client's motivation across eight evidence-based drivers and generates a personalised report. The coach then works inside an AI coaching workspace — running session prep, analysing notes, and exploring coaching strategies all grounded in that client's actual motivation profile.

Independent executive and leadership coaches, established coaching practices, and coaching companies. The platform has three plans — Starter for coaches who are building their practice, Established for seasoned coaches with a steady client base, and Agency for coaching companies with up to five coaches sharing a single subscription.

No. Clients receive a personalised secure link by email. They complete the questionnaire without logging in or creating an account — no friction for them at all.

Starter ($49/month) — 1 seat, 10 individual reports, 1 team report, 50 AI coaching credits.

Established ($99/month) — 1 seat, 35 individual reports, 3 team reports, 125 AI coaching credits.

Agency ($399/month) — 5 seats (pooled), 175 individual reports, 15 team reports, 625 AI coaching credits. All resources are shared across the team.

Yes, at any time from the Billing & Subscription page inside your workspace. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current plan's full allotment until then. There is no immediate proration or extra charge when you change plan.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing portal inside your workspace. Your account remains active until the end of your current 30-day billing period, after which it will not renew.

New accounts receive a small number of trial credits to explore the platform before committing to a plan. No credit card is required for the trial.

An individual report maps one client's motivation across all eight drivers and produces a personalised, plain-language document the coach can share with that client. It also populates the client's individual coaching workspace with their profile, coaching implications, and potential watchouts.

A team report maps the collective motivation of a group. It shows the strongest shared drivers, the widest points of divergence, and the lowest collective drivers — with practical implications for the team's manager. The platform creates three separate workstreams: a team overview, a dedicated manager coaching thread, and individual workspaces for each team member.

You can purchase extra reports directly from your workspace at any time — there's no hard stop. Monthly report allotments reset every 30 days and unused reports do not carry over. Rates per extra report:

AI credits power the coaching workspace. Each time a coach uses a workspace tool — session prep, notes analysis, future session planning, or open-ended questions — one credit is consumed. Credits are not used for report generation; reports are covered by your monthly plan.

Yes. Unused AI credits carry over to your next billing period, up to a maximum of one month's allotment (50 credits for Starter, 125 for Established, 625 for Agency). Credits purchased as top-up packs do not expire.

You can top up immediately from your workspace. Top-up packs are a one-time purchase and are priced per plan:

The Agency plan gives one coaching practice up to five coach seats under a single subscription. All reports and AI credits are pooled — any coach on the account can use them. The admin (the person who registered) can see a usage breakdown by coach in their dashboard.

After payment, you land on your dashboard where you'll find an "Invite Coaches" section. You can send up to four invitations by email. Each invited coach receives a link to create their account — no payment required from them. You can add and remove coaches over time, up to the five-seat cap.

The Agency plan is designed for coaches who work for the same organisation. Requiring a shared company email domain (for example, @acmeconsulting.com) ensures the plan is used as intended. Free email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted for Agency registrations. If you and your colleagues are independent coaches, the Established plan is the right fit — each person signs up individually.

All data is stored on secure servers in the European Economic Area. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

Yes. Because the platform processes personal data on your clients' behalf, you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Motivation Drivers as part of registration. This is in line with GDPR and Swiss FADP requirements. You can review the DPA before completing signup.

Yes. Under GDPR and Swiss FADP, your clients have the right to request deletion of their personal data. You can action this from your coaching workspace, or contact us directly and we will process the request within 30 days.
