Motivation Drivers is a subscription-based coaching platform that provides: psychometric motivation assessment tools, AI-generated individual and team coaching reports, and an AI-assisted coaching workspace. The platform is intended for use by professional coaches, HR and L&D professionals, and people managers. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical tool.
To use the platform you must create an account with a valid email address and accept these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@motivationdrivers.com.
Accounts are for individual use. Sharing account credentials with other coaches is not permitted except under the Agency plan, which includes multiple named seats.
Motivation Drivers is available on three monthly subscription plans: Starter ($49/month), Established ($99/month), and Agency ($299/month). Plan details including included reports and AI credits are described on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date of your initial registration. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will retry on the following days. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, access to the platform will be suspended until payment is resolved. Your data is retained during the suspension period.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful professional coaching purposes. You must not:

Motivation Drivers reports are tools to support coaching conversations — they are not employment assessments and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or any employment decision.
The Motivation Drivers platform, the 8-driver assessment framework, the scoring methodology, the report templates, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Initiate Sàrl. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription.
AI-generated reports produced through the platform for your clients are licensed to you for use in your coaching practice. You may share individual reports with the respondent to whom they relate. You may not republish, resell, or publicly distribute report content without written consent.
Reports and coaching workspace outputs are generated using large language model AI. While we have designed the system to produce high-quality, contextually grounded outputs, AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or outputs that require professional judgement to interpret. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients. Motivation Drivers does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Initiate Sàrl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that may cause legal liability or harm to others. On termination, your access to the platform ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
